Softer-feel seekers who find a true medium a touch firm get the more cushioned version of the same Casper recipe, and lighter-weight sleepers tend to settle into the plush top without bottoming out. Back sleepers who want a softer feel are still carried by the Core+ base while getting more give than The One. The honest exception: heavier sleepers, or anyone who likes to feel firmly on top of the bed, will usually be happier on the firmer One or the coil support of the Dream. That is a fit question, not a quality one, and the floor team would rather point you to the right bed than sell you the soft one.
