How the cooling actually works: three phases, not one cover

Most "cooling" beds put a cool-touch cover on ordinary foam, and that cover quits an hour in. The Snow attacks heat in three layers. The QuickCool cover feels cold the instant you touch it. Phase Change Material in the comfort foam pulls heat away as you fall asleep. Then three HeatDelete bands act as a thermal highway, shuttling trapped heat out of the bed for 12-plus hours, not just at lights-out. Casper measures it at about five degrees cooler all night versus a Casper without the bands. No mattress is air conditioning, but this is real cooling engineering working on contact, in the foam, and through the core.

Living with it

At twelve inches, standard fitted sheets fit fine; deep-pocket sheets are never wrong but never required. It does not need a special foundation: a platform, a slatted base with flat slats no more than four inches apart, a solid foundation, or an adjustable base all work.
