Perfect Sleeper and Perfect Morning put coils under a quilted top or a pillow top. iComfort is all foam, cooled with gel and graphite. All seven are firmer through the middle third, where your hips and lower back press in hardest.
Turn down the bed. Pull the sheet back by any edge, or tap the bed. It drapes and folds like cotton over a 16 in. pillow top.

The support is the same in all four: a 5-ZoneResponse layer over a 7 in. Serta foam core, firmer under the lower back and upper thighs. Each step up is taller, and the extra goes into the cooling memory foams on top.

Layer names and depths are Serta's, from the product data it publishes for its dealers. Heights are to scale. Serta does not say which foams sit inside a pillow top; the drawings put the top ones there.
Both are Serta innerspring beds. Perfect Sleeper Cascade Canyon links its coils in groups of four and zones them firmer under your back, under a quilted top with wool. Perfect Morning wraps every coil in its own pocket and adds a pillow top and a firmer band under the lower back. Pocketed coils move one at a time, so a partner turning over carries less across the bed.
Coils push back quickly, so the bed feels springier and is easier to turn over on, and air moves through it. iComfort memory foam follows your shape more closely and soaks up a partner's movement. On this page you can see the difference: press a coil bed in the strip at the top and it springs back; press a foam bed and it takes its time.
They are drawn to scale, from 11.5 in. (iComfort Elana) to 16 in. (Perfect Morning Fountains). A taller bed is not firmer or softer by itself; the extra height is usually comfort foam or a pillow top. Check that your sheets have deep enough pockets for a 15 or 16 in. bed.
