Stock Availability: While we strive to keep as many mattresses in stock as possible, the mattress you love and select to purchase may need to be ordered from the manufacturer. This allows us to offer a broader range of options and ensures that you receive a mattress that is freshly made and tailored to your specifications.

Ordering and Delivery Process

Ordering: If your chosen mattress is not in stock, we will place an order with the manufacturer on your behalf. Once the order is placed, the mattress will be handmade by the manufacturing facility.

Shipping: After the mattress is crafted, it will be shipped directly to our warehouse in Lexington, Kentucky. This process ensures that your mattress is handled with care and arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery Scheduling: Upon arrival at our warehouse, our logistics team will promptly contact you to schedule your delivery. We aim to make this process as seamless and convenient as possible for you.

Estimated Wait Times

• Standard Wait Time: If your mattress needs to be ordered, the total wait time from purchase to delivery can range from 2 to 4 weeks.
• Typical Wait Time: However, most orders do not take more than 7 business days in total.
