Our sales roles are active, customer-facing positions. The right fit is reliable, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in learning product knowledge, customer follow-up, and retail sales.
Current opportunities
We are currently hiring for a full-time Sales Associate position in Central Kentucky. This role starts at $16.00 per hour, with full-time hours, approved overtime opportunities when the business needs it, vendor bonuses or spiffs when available, and a path to grow into a commissioned Sales Manager role for strong performers.
This is not a cashier-only role. Mattress showrooms may only see a few customers in a day, so every customer matters. The job is to greet shoppers quickly, ask good questions, build trust, explain options clearly, and help customers choose the right mattress.
