This is Ashley's iKidz Coral, model M431, a 7 inch all foam mattress with no coils or springs to work around. Ashley's own construction diagram breaks it into three layers: a printed 4 way stretch cover on top for uniform comfort and durability, one inch of memory foam underneath for a bit of give, and a base support foam layer that carries the rest of the height and keeps the surface from bottoming out. The whole thing ships compressed in a box, so there is no assembly beyond letting it breathe on a frame for about 48 hours before your child sleeps on it.

The cover itself is part of the appeal here: a bright coral print with a soft, quilted hand that looks like a kid's room, not a scaled down adult mattress. A matching memory foam pillow ships in the box, so a new Twin or Full arrives ready to make up with sheets the same day.
