Mattress Overstock on Nicholasville Road sits at 4013 Nicholasville Rd, Lexington, KY 40503, three minutes south of Fayette Mall on the east side of Nicholasville Road, between Man o' War Boulevard and New Circle Road. We've been the Lexington flagship showroom since 2012.
The showroom is part of the small-retail strip between Sam's Club to the north and the Lansdowne Shoppes plaza to the south. Free parking right in front. Coming from downtown Lexington: take South Limestone south, it becomes Nicholasville Road past UK; we're 4 miles further south. Coming from I-75 / Hamburg: take New Circle Road west to Nicholasville Road, then south one mile.

Free surface parking directly in front of the showroom. Wheelchair-accessible entrance: the front door is at grade and the showroom floor is one level throughout. We have a quiet corner with two demo mattresses set up for anyone who needs to lie flat for an extended trial; older customers and customers with back issues often appreciate this. There's a restroom for customer use. Service dogs welcome.
What's on the floor: a rotating sample of every brand we carry across every comfort tier, usually 30+ models on display at any given time. The Tempur-Pedic wall has the full Adapt / ProAdapt / LuxeAdapt / ProBreeze / LuxeBreeze comparison line. The Sealy and Stearns & Foster sections are arranged so you can move between firmness tiers without leaving the corner. The DreamCloud and Nectar setup lets you lie on the four DreamCloud hybrid models side-by-side without getting up. The Purple GelFlex demo cube is right at the entrance so you can feel the grid before you commit to a full mattress trial.
We don't run the showroom like a perfume counter. There's no greeter charging the door, no scripted opener, and no commission system pushing the highest-margin model on you. If you want to wander for ten minutes alone, you can. If you want a salesperson the whole time, walk up and ask. Either way works.

Yes. We deliver to UK Greek row, the residence halls, and the off-campus apartments along South Limestone, Euclid, and Tates Creek. Tell the showroom the building, move-in window, elevator/stair situation, and parking constraints so the route can be planned before delivery day.
Can you deliver quickly in Lexington if I buy in the morning?
Often, but it depends on whether the model is available locally and whether the truck has open route slots that day. Mornings have the best odds. Call before 11am with the model and your zip code and the showroom can tell you what the route realistically looks like.

Do you take credit cards, financing, or just cash?
All major credit cards, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and store credit if you have any. Financing is available through Affirm or Synchrony at point of sale — but we don't push it. If you want to finance, ask. If you'd rather pay in full, we won't ask twice.
