How do I receive my mattress?
Free delivery consists of us bringing your mattress to your home and leaving it on your porch, doorstep, or just inside your doorway. No set-up, or unboxing is included with our free local delivery. After your order is complete our delivery team will reach out to you to set up a day and time for delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a call to schedule.
To start sleeping better ASAP we offer our customers the option to pick up their order at the store location nearest to them, or at our central warehouse in Lexington, KY. If you would like to pick your mattress up please choose that option when you are checking out!
Warranty
The Vista Tight-Top by Jamison Bedding comes with a 1 yr non-prorated warranty given by the manufacturer. This covers your mattress for any defects from manufacturing and any extreme sagging, dipping, or failure of structural integretiy.
