Some manufacturers offer a 120 night sleep trial on premium bedding:

You must sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 90 nights. The sleep trial also requires that you purchase a mattress protector which is nonrefundable. This ensures that the mattress will be clean at the end of the 120 night sleep trial period. Any spills, stains bodily fluids voids sleep trial and all other manufacturer’s warranties.

The sleep trial exchange dates are from night 90 through 120 only after you receive your mattress. You can exchange for equal value at no charge, but you will be responsible for the difference if you choose an upgrade. There will be no credit or refund issued if you choose lesser value or quality. This is a one-time selection opportunity. All re-delivery, comfort exchanges, and warranty exchanges are subject to a $79.9 re-delivery charge.

Sleep trials exclude adjustable bases and apply only to mattresses.

We will track your order after it has been placed and let you know of any unforeseen delays or other concerns with your order. A typical order takes 1-3 weeks to fill if your product is not in-stock at your time of purchase. When your mattress arrives, we will notify you to set up a delivery or pickup. Delays are rare but they do happen. An order is not considered “late” until our delivery projection date exceeds the 3 weeks of the estimated arrival date given at the
time of purchase.

Delivery

One delivery fee covers delivery to one address. Our customer service center will
call to set up a suitable date and time for delivery. We ask that you have the
room empty and ready for the delivery team prior to delivery. This ensures prompt
delivery time for everyone on the delivery schedule for that day. The delivery
team cannot move personal belongings, electronics and/or furniture. The
customer will be responsible for the disposal of old bedding. Lexington
customers can call LEXCALL 311.

Picking up an order

The Distribution Center is located at 961-C Primrose Ct. Lexington, KY. The pickup
hours are Tuesday through Saturday 9am to 5 pm. A sales receipt and/or ID are
required to pick up orders. Please bring the following: Truck/trailer, rope, straps or tie downs. The distribution does NOT provide these items. You are responsible for the transport of your items. In-home service is not included with pick-ups. Mattress Overstock is not responsible for damage that occurs due to improper loading or during transit. Please call ahead to arrange pickup.
